NOTE: The exams will begin at 10:00. In order to ensure that identity checks and seating arrangements can be completed on time, candidates must be present in the exam building by 09:00 at the latest. Candidates who arrive after the first 15 minutes following the exam start time of 10:00 will not be admitted to the exam under any circumstances.
DOCUMENTS TO BE BROUGHT TO THE EXAMS*
(1) Photo ID (National ID card, driver's license, or passport)
(2) Application Form (The candidate must print it after completing the pre-registration online)
*Candidates arriving without complete documents will not be admitted to the exam.
MATERIALS TO BE BROUGHT TO THE EXAMS
(1) Soft-lead pencil, eraser, pencil sharpener.
(2) Clips and clamps.
(3) A 35x50 cm drawing board made of plywood or a similar rigid material.
(4) Ballpoint pen (At the beginning of the exam, candidates must write and sign their name, surname, and candidate number in the identification section of the exam paper using a ballpoint or ink pen.)
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FINAL REGISTRATION
The following documents must be submitted in order to complete final registration.
1- Student Enrollment Certificate (Click to download)
2- 2026 YKS Results Document
3- The original or a certified copy from the relevant institution or a notarized copy of the diploma or recently issued graduation certificate indicating that the candidate has graduated from a high school or equivalent institution
4- Original and photocopy of the national ID card
5- For male candidates born in 2006 or earlier, a document indicating that there is no military service-related obstacle to enrollment in a higher education institution (can be obtained from E-Government)
6- 3 passport-size photographs measuring 4.5x6 cm (Must have been taken within the last six months, from the front, and in a manner that allows the candidate to be easily identified.)
Note:
- The documents requested above must be submitted completely, in the specified order, and placed in a transparent file.
- Candidates coming for final registration must have obtained an E-Government password.
- Candidates coming for final registration must cancel their enrollment if they are registered in another undergraduate program.
Final registration will be carried out at the Student Affairs Unit of Balıkesir University Faculty of Fine Arts.
