Single-Course Examination

Students who have fulfilled the attendance and practical requirements for all courses, excluding their internship, and who have only one failed course remaining for graduation are entitled to take a single-course examination for that course. In addition, students who have received passing grades in all courses but have not achieved the minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.00 required for graduation are entitled to take a single-course examination in one course of their choice, provided that the grade obtained from this examination may raise their CGPA to at least 2.00. Single-course examinations are held on the dates specified in the academic calendar. To be considered successful in the single-course examination, students must receive at least a DD letter grade. The midterm examination grade is not taken into consideration when determining this letter grade.

Single-Course Examination Date: 20 July 2026 (The single-course examination will be held face-to-face at the time and in the lecture hall to be announced on our Faculty’s website.)

Single-Course Examination Application Date: 16 July 2026 (Please do not submit an application before this date. Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.)

Application Method: Applications must be submitted through the Single-Course Examination Application module under the Application Procedures section of the Student Information System (OBS). Students experiencing problems during the application process must report the issue by sending an email to gsfogrs@balikesir.edu.tr
