FINAL REGISTRATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS
FINAL REGISTRATION
- Final registrations will be conducted in person between September 2-4, 2026.
- Candidates who are entitled to complete their final registration through transfer between institutions must complete the “FAF Student Registration Form” electronically and bring it with them during final registration.

- Transcript
- Student Certificate
- Document Certifying That the Student Has No Disciplinary Penalty
- Copy of the YKS Result Document for the Year in Which the Student Took the YKS
- Course Contents
- Document Certifying That There Is No Obstacle to Transfer Between Institutions
- Course Exemption Form for Associate Degree and Undergraduate Programs
- Transfer Undertaking Form for Associate Degree/Undergraduate Programs

IMPORTANT NOTES
- During final registration, the originals of the documents uploaded online during the application, as well as the course contents and the Document Certifying That There Is No Obstacle to Transfer Between Institutions, must be submitted. Documents whose authenticity can be verified online will also be accepted.
- The documents must be submitted in full, together with the FAF Student Registration Form in a transparent file, to the Faculty Student Affairs Office within the final registration dates.
- There is no waiting list.
IMPORTANT: If the documents are submitted incompletely, the final registration process will not be completed.
