2026–2027 Special Talent Examination: Candidates Eligible for Final Registration from the 2nd Waiting List and the Updated Waiting List
Candidates who are eligible for final registration from the reserve list must complete their registration by 8 September 2026, 17:00. Candidates who fail to complete their registration within the specified period will lose their right to register.
Final registration must be completed in person.
Candidates may register in person or through a representative authorized by a notarized power of attorney.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FINAL REGISTRATION
The following documents must be submitted in order to complete final registration:
1- Student Registration Form (Click to Download)
2- 2026 YKS Result Document
3- The original diploma or a recently issued graduation certificate indicating that the candidate has graduated from a high school or an equivalent institution, together with a photocopy certified by the relevant institution or a notary public. Graduation certificates obtained through the e-Government Portal are also accepted.
4- Original and photocopy of the identity card
5- Military status document for male candidates born in 2006 or earlier (available through the e-Government Portal)
6- Three passport-size photographs (4.5 × 6 cm), taken within the last six months, showing the candidate clearly from the front
Note:
All of the above-mentioned documents must be submitted in full in a transparent file.
Candidates who come for final registration must have obtained an e-Government (e-Devlet) password.
Candidates who are already registered in another undergraduate program must cancel their existing registration before completing final registration.
Final registration will take place at the Student Affairs Office of Balıkesir University Faculty of Fine Arts.
