International Success from Our Graphic Arts Student Ömercan Göktürk

Ömercan Göktürk, a student in the Department of Graphic Arts at the Balıkesir University Faculty of Fine Arts, has achieved significant success in the international GoPaint Worldwide Creating Activity competition organized by Huawei. Having previously won an award in the local stage of the competition, Göktürk was selected among 20 artists worldwide and became the recipient of the global award of $1,000 USD.

Alongside the cash prize, our student gained important opportunities such as having his artwork featured in international exhibitions, being utilized in various interviews and promotional activities, and being evaluated within the Huawei ecosystem, successfully representing our department and university on the international platform. We congratulate our student and wish him continued success in his artistic journey.
