Altay Aldoğan’s Exhibition “Gaze: Distant/Near” Met with Art Enthusiasts

The solo painting exhibition titled “Gaze: Distant/Near” by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Altay Aldoğan, Vice Dean of Balıkesir University Faculty of Fine Arts and faculty member of the Painting Department, opened on October 1, 2025, at 18:00 at Mekan Blogspot.

The exhibition presented the artist’s recent works, which focus on the concepts of gaze, distance, and perception. Aldoğan interprets the visual texture of the city, spatial layers, and the visual relationship that individuals establish with their environment through a distinctive plastic language.

Held between October 1–12, 2025, the exhibition attracted significant attention from art enthusiasts and offered viewers a contemplative journey into visual depth and perception.
