INFORMATION ON ACCESSING STUDENT FORMS AND PETITIONS
Within the scope of our University's Quality Management System and quality assurance processes, all petitions, forms, and official documents used within our Faculty are periodically updated by the Quality Coordination Office.
In order to prevent our students and academic/administrative staff from experiencing disruptions in their procedures, to prevent loss of rights that may arise from the use of outdated documents, and to ensure access to the most up-to-date version currently in effect, the form download process is carried out in integration with our University's Quality Management System portal.
To access the up-to-date document you need, please follow the steps below:

Determining the Form Code: Find the form or petition you wish to use from the list/table below and copy the Form Code specified next to the document.

Accessing the Quality Portal: To go to the Balıkesir University Quality Coordination Office Forms Page, click on the link https://kalite.balikesir.edu.tr/formlar.

Searching and Downloading: Enter the Form Code you copied into the search box on the opened page to download the most up-to-date version of the document.
