INFORMATION ON ACCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Within the scope of our University's Quality Management System and quality assurance processes, all instructions currently in effect within our Faculty are periodically updated by the Quality Coordination Office.

In order to prevent our students and academic/administrative staff from experiencing disruptions in their procedures, to avoid issues arising from the use of outdated implementation principles, and to ensure access to the most up-to-date version at all times, the process of accessing instructions is carried out in integration with our University's Quality Management System portal.

To access the up-to-date instruction you need, please follow the steps below:

1. Determining the Instruction Code: Find the instruction you wish to review from the list/table below and copy the Instruction Code specified next to the document.

2. Accessing the Instructions Page: To go to the Instructions Page, click on the link https://gsf.balikesir.edu.tr/talimatlar.

3. Searching and Viewing: Enter the Instruction Code you copied into the search box on the opened page to view or download the most up-to-date version of the document.
